Objectives

  1. Create a PE sintered plate that meets the specified dimensions and tolerances.
  2. Achieve the required filtration precision of 50-60 microns to ensure effective filtration in the tofu production process.
  3. Apply hydrophilic treatment to enhance the plate’s performance in the wet environment of food processing.

Customization Process

Initial Consultation:

  • Our team met with the client to discuss their needs and reviewed the specifications of the previously submitted sample. This enabled us to fully understand their requirements for filtration efficiency and operational performance.

Material Selection:

  • We selected high-quality polyethylene suitable for sintering, ensuring excellent durability and compatibility with the client’s food processing application.

Design and Prototyping:
